Animal Essences. Similar to Flower Essences (see below). Remedies made from the energy frequency of animals. No animals are harmed in any way in the process of their being made.

Flower Essences. Remedies made from the energetic frequency of plants (usually, but not always, from the flower). Mostly useful for mental-emotional-spiritual symptoms in people.

Homeopathy.  A system of complementary medicine that dates from the early 19th century, founded by Samuel Hahnemann. Based on the idea of ‘like cures like’. Homeopathy uses extreme dilutions of substances to elicit a healing response from the body.
 
Homeopathic Remedies. Made from a huge range of different substances (animal, vegetable and mineral), homeopathic remedies are specially potentised extreme dilutions. They resonate with the energy system of the body, stimulating a natural healing response.

Gem Elixirs. Similar to Flower Essences (see above). Made from the energetic frequency of gem stones.

Harmonic Resonance. Exerything has a vibrational frequency. Two things with a similar frequency will set up a sympathetic resonance - that is, vibration in one will affect the other.

Human Energy System. The underlying energy field that provides both the template or blueprint to build and maintain the physical body, and provides the life-force for the physical body.

Potentisation. Includes the process of making a homeopathic remedy from an original substance. Usually involving repeated stages of dilution and succussing (vigorous shaking). The Harmonic Resonances instead employ a unique process that for legal reasons we unfortunately cannot share.
