Taking the Resonances

What form do they come in?

The Harmonics come in liquid preserved with certified organic alcohol.

How do I take them? You can take the Harmonics directly from the bottle, taking four drops each time. Alternatively you can make up a dosage bottle by filling an empty dropper bottle with a 50/50 mix of water and vodka (the alcohol acts as a preservative; you can use cider vinegar instead, or you can use just water in which case you will need to keep the bottle in the fridge). Into this bottle put four drops of the Harmonic, and shake well. Use four drops from this bottle for each dose.

How often do I take them?

In taking the Resonances, the main consideration is not the amount that is taken each time, but rather how often it is repeated. There is no advantage gained in taking larger quantities each time. Rather, the effect is adjusted up or downwards by changing how often they are taken. Generally, in chronic conditions, the Harmonics are taken between one to three times a day. In more accute situations, this can be much more frequent - literally as often as is needed.

Can I take more than one Harmonic at the same time?

Yes. The resonances can be combined very effectively. However there does come a point where one sees somewhat diminishing returns, as body simply becomes overloaded with information. This is not harmful in any way; it is just that the Harmonics become relatively less effective. As a rough rule of thumb, we recommend limiting the number of Harmonics taken together to a maximum of somewhere between six and eight.

How long to take the Harmonics for? 

The answer is 'as long as is needed'! In an acute situation, as little as one dose might be all that is necessary. In chronic situations, it may be necessary to take the Harmonics for several months. In all cases, stop taking the remedy once the condition is cleared.

Do the Harmonics have side effects?

No. The Harmonics do not cause symptoms. Similar to homeopathic other and vibrational remedies, occasionally the symptoms will temporarily intensify before then getting better. This is a good sign; it means that the Harmonic is working, but that the body needs time to 'catch-up'. In this case, simply stop taking the Harmonic and wait for the symptoms to subside. If the symptoms clear up all together, then there is no need to restart it - you are cured! If not, then re-start the Harmonic Resonance.

Is it safe to take the Harmonics alongside other treatments?

Generally, yes. Harmonic Resonances are extremely safe and do not have adverse interactions with other forms of treatment such as medical drugs, herbs and vitamins. That being said, sometimes the dose of other medication may need to be altered as the remedies start to work. For example, if taking the Diabetes Harmonic, the dose of insulin taken will need to be carefully monitored and may need reducing as the body heals itself. In such cases, it is always best to work alongside a competent medical practitioner. Should I stop any other medication I am on?

Not without consulting with an appropriate healthcare practitioner. The Harmonic Resonances are complementary to other systems and as such can work well alongside orthodox medicine, and can even help and can alleviate symptoms from pharmaceutical drugs. Always consult your prescribing doctor regarding any changes in medication.

How long will it take before the Resonances work?

Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to that. Harmonics can literally work within seconds of taking them. Other times, several months of treatment is necessary.

Is it safe to use the Harmonic Resonances in pregnancy or with small children?

Absolutely yes! The Harmonics have no side-effects, toxicity or adverse interactions, making them ideal for use in pregnancy and infancy, and with the elderly.
